Refund policy

We have developed an exchange and return policy based on the consumer code.

General conditions

We use state-of-the-art technology to manufacture and distribute our products, striving for quality and customer satisfaction. For the sake of respect and to maintain the credibility it has earned with its consumers, the company has created an exchange, return and regret policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Art. 60 of the CP: (Portuguese Constitution)

"Consumers have the right to the quality of the goods and services they consume, to training and information, to the protection of their health, safety and economic interests, as well as to compensation for damages. 2 Advertising shall be regulated by law, and all forms of hidden, indirect or malicious advertising shall be prohibited. (3) Consumer associations and consumer cooperatives shall have the right, under the terms of the law, to support from the State and to be heard on issues concerning consumer protection, and shall be recognized as having legal standing to defend their members or collective or diffuse interests."

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REGRET POLICY

As these are customized 100% products, withdrawal or regret only occurs when the purchase is made off-premises, (online). In this case, the consumer must express their interest in withdrawing from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the right to withdraw.

To return the product, it must be in excellent condition, with no signs of improper use or physical damage (e.g. dents, scratches, oxidation, disfigurement of the item purchased, burnt component, use of inauthentic accessory). The product must be returned in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted, for whatever reason, when the product packaging is returned undamaged. Except for products that have been sent after a sample, these will not be eligible for return.

The amount refunded refers to the amount paid for the product(s) returned, i.e. taking into account any discounts and/or promotions in force on the site.

Please note: We disclaim any obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any product returned without communication to customer service, after the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories.

Note: If you withdraw from the purchase after the invoice has been issued, please contact us by e-mail: geral@cesarinox.com and then refuse delivery of the product. Once the goods have been returned to our Distribution Center, we will process the refund in the same form of payment and for the full amount paid for the purchase.

Remember: No returns made without the company's authorization will be considered. Therefore, no product that enters logistics will be returned or refunded to the customer.

DEFECTS POLICY

If the product purchased is defective, it will be repaired or replaced with the same product as described on the invoice, under the following conditions:

Within 07 (seven) days of the delivery date of the product, you must contact our Customer Service Channel, via the contact e-mail with the subject: "Product with factory defect".

After 7 days (from receipt), you should contact the Customer Service Center for further information and advice.

Please send us a photo of the defective/incorrect product beforehand so that our team can deal with it.

Upon receipt of the relevant email, we will contact the customer again to inform them of the procedure to be followed.

Will I have to pay for the first exchange or the return?

Exchanges made within 7 days of receipt should contact the company's e-mail address for more information.

If you are not within 7 days of receiving the product, you will have to pay the cost of the exchange.
